Purple Belt Test

Hi my name is Baylin and I'm going to tell you about my purple belt test in shotagon karate. The test was serious and tough and I got to break a 1in. thick board and I was first in the class besides the teachers'. I got to pick how to try and break it. I hesitated when I was about to pick but I picked a sidekick. Breaking it was a sensation, it was as easy as crunching a pickle in my mouth. Later after several serious blocks, kicks and punches we got to spar for the last part of the test. I picked a kid about my age that was testing for brown belt; his name was Robbie. In the spar I got my nose punched, I started crying and so did Robbie because he never wanted to hurt me. At the end of the day I got my purple belt and got the board I broke, so I ran home excitably wanting to show Renee and Kyle.
