Blue Belt Brothers

We take karate classes with our Sensei at Bellview school. We were at yellow belt(second level). On our last class we tested for blue belt(the third level). We had to do all the blocks, punches, stances and kicks like a sidekick and a backstance, and others that we know. The last thing we did was a form of Kata named Hayonshoudon.


Our ceremony was us sitting down in meditation while Sensei talked about if we were going to become blue belt. After about two minutes were up, we graduated to blue belt and bowed goodbye to our Sensei and the other Senseis that helped him. When we left the graduation we thought about next year's karate and new techniques and belts.
